In Trang An (Ninh Binh), there is an immense valley with thousands of lush green plants all year round. This ancient forest is little known, because this place is located in the core of the world heritage.
Voi valley is located entirely in the core zone of the world’s natural and cultural heritage – Trang An scenic complex. This place still remains untouched, preserved intact as it is.
To reach this valley, before had to climb high mountains, deep pools. Recently, the underground river through the mountain was dredged to allow the boat to pass, and a walking path in the mountain’s bed is also paved for visitors to move here.
Thung Voi is located behind the Temple of Tien Stream, however, because the road is not clear, this place is still unknown when visiting Trang An.
Cave entrance into the valley, visitors can sit by boat or walk to reach the vast valley with thousands of lush green trees all year round.
Thung Voi Temple is located in the middle of the valley and is the center of a new tourist destination in the Trang An heritage core zone. Visitors to this place visit the sacred temple to offer incense.
Around the temple as well as covering the entire valley are mountains and limestone mountains that are towering, covered in green. The ancient trees have existed for hundreds of years here.
There are also new saplings planted around Thung Voi temple to create a landscape for the area.
Sitting on the boat to visit the valley, visitors will go to surprise after surprise.
On the entire route to visit the two sides along the riverbank will be immense ancient lotus trees that few places in Vietnam have. These are all primitive plants that are still with time.
